May is the most beautiful month in Japan. when
new leaves burst forth and the weather is at its best. The Arita Ceramic
Fair has been anually held from May 1 to May 5 for 80 years.Many stalls selling ceramics line both sides of the main street in Arita. The street and stalls are crowded with visitors from all over Japan and abroad during the five days of the Ceramic Fair.
