Seika in the future

Through our development of different products, we always strive day and night to create different items that will keep the interest of our customers. We will continue to do this in the future. With that in mind, we offer you a brief profile of our new Seika products.

Sets

Every year, we produce matching sets for home parties in Japanese and Western styles to offer a new mode of living to our customers.

Tableware of the
Artisan series

We are unsparing in our use of artistic technique to create the Tableware of the Artisan series that expresses a new mode of living. We hope you derive the maximum enjoyment from the subtle design.

We hope you are aware that we will be involved in many different fields in addition to ceramic tableware in the future, including furniture and dolls.

Small items
for the table

Always aware that products live these have never existed before, we offer our customers items of even greater familiarity for the dining table. These include salt and pepper shakers and spoons for Japanese cuisine.

Overglazed
enamel tableware

Indigo and white are the colors that most frequently come to mind when people think of Seika, but we also are working hard to develop tableware with overglazed enamel illustrations.

Novelties

These are our ceramic and porcelain dolls. We think one of our greatest challenges in the future will not be with tableware, but products
for the use of large areas of space outside the dining room.

Many people associate Seika with illustrations of foreigners. We want you to be aware that we will launch some entirely new series.

Seasonal
festival series

This tableware incorporates elements of the festivals held year-round in Japan, emphasizing seasonal aspects and tradition.

People of
antiquity

This series employs illustrations of people of ancient times to create an image of antiquity for the pieces.

The little
devil series

These characters with humorous expressions as they drink sake are quite amusing.

Dream for the 21st century

We have built the Shukubo lodging facilities, a coffee shop, a gallery, and
the Taikan Kobo so that people will enjoy creating ceramics and firing up the dragon kilns with us, as well as be exposed to traditional culture.

We also want to establish outlets in our consumption centers to bring these
products closer to our customers, and to facilitate Seika product development in the future.

Our conceptual motif is "Ceramics and the tales they tell". Our objective is to actively promote communication between you, the user and us, the producer, and achieve a richer, more enjoyable life.
